Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders placed before 10am PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these time frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. Once an order has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. For Canada orders, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

The company will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. Please make sure you provide a physical address as we do not ship to PO boxes.

International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping.

If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.

Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been made.

If you order an item that is marked as large or oversize item, a delivery surcharge will apply. We deliver via UPS ground (delivery in 3-5 days).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all US* orders $150 and over. Please note: this offer does not include rugs. *Excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Free Returns

We now offer free returns on WARES apparel for all domestic orders. To request your free return, please follow the same process as a regular return and our customer happiness team will be in touch with you about issuing a free shipping label.

Christmas Returns

We have now extended our returns policy for Christmas 2020.
Orders placed from 1st November – 24^th December will be able to return until the 25th January 2021.

Website Returns Policy

Olli Ella is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong.

We offer full refunds or 110% credit notes, if the product does not meet quality standards or if you change your mind.

Some conditions as follows;

• Is returned within 30 days of order delivery
• Was not purchased with sale price (all apparel returns accepted)
• Item arrived faulty
• Has not been used or worn
• Is not soiled or damaged
• Has original packaging and tags
• Return authorisation number has been issued

If all of the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning product:

• Contact support@olliella.com to request authorisation number. Please explain reason for return, request a credit note or a refund, and reference your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please send in photos to support your claim.
  
• Once return has been authorised you will be issued a WRA#. Please return product in original packaging along with a returns authorization form and return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Packages received after this period or without a WRA# will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the refund. Please note that Olli Ella is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault. *Excluding WARES

Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store.
Entire value of credit note must be used in one single order, it cannot be split over multiple orders.

We do not offer exchanges on any items. Faulty or damaged items can be returned by following the above process. Please contact support@olliella.com.

Please note shipping costs, sale items (sale apparel returns accepted) and gift certificates are non-refundable.
