Whisk Up Some Magic: Craft An Enchanted Cat Wand

Brew up some Halloween magic with our DIY Magic Wand Craft – Cozy Cat edition! Whether it's the finishing touch for a trick-or-treat costume, or simply a rainy-day craft at home, @crystal.leigh.photography’s Magic Cat Wand is sure to add a touch of sparkle to every playtime.

Step 01

With a white pencil, draw two cat face shapes (ensure they are the same size) onto cardboard or brown cardstock. These shapes will be the front and back of your Cat Wand. Cut the shapes out with scissors (or an exacto knife).
Step 02

Draw a heart-shaped nose and cat ear details onto either a piece of cardboard or pink/red felt, and cut them out. Glue the shapes onto your cat's face.
Step 03

Draw your cat's mouth and eyes with black marker and use a pink crayon to add rosy cheeks.
Step 04

Tape or glue a wooden stick to the back of your cat face. Take the second cat head shape and glue it onto the back. This will cover and secure the stick.
Step 05

Draw and cut out a little witch hat, using either felt or black cardstock. Glue the hat onto your Cat Wand.
Step 06

Add extra decorations to your Cat Wand - spots, stripes, ribbon, and glitter, whatever you like!
