Rooms around the world | Round four

Rooms around the world | Round four

It’s time for another journey around the globe to visit some amazing rooms for small folk, from Switzerland, Australia and the UK! We love that our Olli Ella pieces are so loved by both boys and girls, and we think these amazing rooms show that off perfectly!

“Van's room is definitely a favourite in my house. We purchased new and old - the thought of incorporating old finds make it feel even more beautiful. I would say our style is a bit boho and my favourite pieces in his bedroom would have to be all the cane. I’m obsessed! His bedroom was created around his beautiful nature, he is bright and bubbly so I made his room to suit him; my little beach babe! Every time I walk in there, I love it all over again!”

"At the moment, I love natural materials like wood, rattan or linen in the kids room. I mostly combine muted colours that harmonise with each other and match the soft pink walls. The Olli Ella Strolley is in daily use here and therefore our favourite piece… especially since the little one is playing with her dolls all day long!"

"We are renovating our mid century house and did the kids rooms first. My two boys share a room so it needed to be something that would reflect both their ages and interests. I kept the walls a simple neutral (though I’m thinking about adding some colour!) and have added lots of shelving and wall art. They each have a matching chest of drawers set on either side of the room, so I’ve created a seperate zone for each of them, filled with their favourite things, books and colourful highlights! Willa’s room is in contrast to the boys and is a very feminine space, but I added plenty of muted shades as I didn’t want anything to be too matchy-matchy. I used wicker and wood with grey painted furniture and Liberty print bedding to create a whimsical space. She loves her Holdie House and her Olli Ella baskets, along with her toy kitchen, vintage Peacock chair (which I sourced from Etsy) and her tiger rug."
